Historic Restoration Work

• US Post Office and Courthouse – Brooklyn - $5.5 mil — Remove and reinstall existing marble, provide new marble lobby floors and wall, refinish marble floors. Provide new Danby marble throughout grand post office public space. Furnish and install Tennessee marble throughout new first floor lobby to bankruptcy court.

 

• Carnegie Mansion – 2 East 90th Str. - $2 mil — Exterior sidewalk slab removal, modifications and reinstallation. Historic restoration of all interior stone and tile, and install new stone and tile.

 

• Rockefeller University - 64th to 68th Streets and York Ave. — Provide exterior stone modifications and additions to several historic limestone buildings in complex.

 

• Plaza Hotel - Central Park S. and 5th Ave. – $ 1.6 mil — Visited Italy to purchase and import marble walls, columns, steps, and base to match 100-year-old existing marble.
